This Agreed Minute records the agreement, reached at the Commission's twenty-first meeting held on 5 December 1990, principles dealing with special purpose leases involving a change of user and multi-user land grants respectively and on the redevelopment of part of the Mongkok Station site by the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation. It also records the two sides' common understanding that land for extensions to existing private cemeteries and Commonwealth War Graves Commission cemeteries and for new private cemeteries will be made available by Deeds of Appropriation. Members have been informed of the outcome of the meeting through memorandum XCX (90)78.
