(1) The owner or lessee of a container shall not use or petatit that container so pe

Approval of comisinert.
(1) An approval referred to in regulation SC)(a) (whether relaung to a design por to an individual container) shall be vand only if -
it has been issued ·
by the Minister: or
by person appointed for the time being by the Minister in accordance with 3agraph (3); or
ii) by or under the authority of a Government “luch nas ratified on accepted or ap- roved or acceded to the Convention; and
2) it has not reused in accordance with paragraph (2) to be valid.
(2) IF.
