Dear Mr Edward's
YACHT WARRANTS
Thank you for your letter regarding the wearing of the Blue Ensign (Defaced).
Your letter raises a number of fundamental points of policy, which are beyond the scope of this office. I have therefore forwarded your letter to Miss Tracy Buckingham, SEC (NS) b in the Ministry of Defence, who will be able to help you.
I have attached 2 list of vessels that, according to our records, are entitled to wear the Blue Ensign and are registered with your Club. I would appreciate any information you can provide as to the current authenticity of their membership.
May I take this opportunity to pass on my best wishes to all your members.
You sincerel
