I have discussed keeping Hong Kong shipping informed of FCO advise with the relevant department here. I understand that there is no formal mechanism for doing so. However, Mr Williams, of our Aviation and Maritime Department, has undertaken to keep in close contact with Derick Hall. Indeed, I understand that they have already discussed the issue.
