When shares to be taken up and paid for
Shares that have been tendered to an offer as at, or following, the later of the date the offer is approved by shareholders and the date the offer is declared unconditional shall be taken up and paid for as soon as possible but in any event within the earlier of ten days of the date the offer is approved or declared unconditional and ten days of the date on which the shares are tendered into the offer.
