NOTES
Under the terms of this Protocol, states agree to accept the validity of agreements whereby the parties to contracts, being subject to the jurisdiction of different states, agree to submit commercial disputes concerning those contracts to arbitration. The Protocol is terminated by the 1958 Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (treaty 369) for the parties to both.

It is terminated by the 1958 Convention on the kecognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (treaty 369) for the parties to both. For the 1923 Protocol on Arbitration Clauses see treaty 81.
