1. Statistics of occupational injuries shall be compiled in such Ĉ нау as
be representative of the country as a whole, covering, where possible, all branches of economic activity.

2. As far as possible, statistics of occupational diseases shall te compiled covering all branches of economic activity, and in such a way as to be representative of the country as a whole.
Statistics on
occupational accidents and occupational diseases reported to the Commissioner for Labour in accordance the Employees' Compensation Ordinance (Chapter 282) are collected and compiled on a regular basis by the Employees' Compensation Division of the Labour Department. Such statistics are published In the Annual Departmental Report of the Labour Department with detailed breakdoms of the injured employees by:

monthly earnings and employment status;
Job nature and percentage disability; and
economic activity and Insurance status.
Statistical breakdowns are also provided in respect of outcome of claims, total compensation paid by economic activity and days lost from non-fatal injuries.
