Nothing In this Convention shall imprɛe an obligation to or reveal data which could result in the disclosure in any Way of Information relating to an individual statistical unit, such as a person, a household, ar. establishment or an enterprise.

The Census & Statistics Ordinance has lald down the obligation preserve the confidentiality of data for an individual or undertaking. This obligation has been strictly observed.
Data collected from surveya relating to an individual statistical unit are, 80 a rule, treated as confidential. Published data are aggregated to such a level that information of individual statistical units can in no way be identified.

Each Member which ratifies this Convention undertakes to communicate
the International Labour (ice, 26 600n ag practicable, the published statistico compiled in pursuance of the Convention and information concerning their publication, in
particular-
(a) the reference Information appropriate to the means of dissemination used (titles and reference zumbers in the case of printed publications and the equivalent descriptions in the case of data disseminated in other forms); and (b) the most recent dates or periods for which the different Lypes of statistics are available, and the dates of their publication or release.
The official report of the GIIS, viz. "General Household Survey, Labour Force Characteristics" is published for Bale quarterly. These reports are usually published in the twelfth week after the end of each survey quarter. of the GHS report 1s
16 regularly sent to the Education and Labour Market Policies Branch of the International Labour Office.

The Census and Statistics Department of the Hong Kong Government sends by airmail to the International Labour Office each month the all-itemo Index and the section index for foodstuffs once they are ready for publication. Moreover, the C&SD also provides methodological details of the CPI compilation and Household Expenditure Surveys to the IO when requested.
Consumer price indices for Hong Kong are generally published within one month following the reference month in monthly CPI reports produced by the C&SI) (for CPI(A) and CPI(B)) and the Hang Seng Bank Limited (for Hang Seng CPI). In addition, an annual report covering CPI(A) and CPI(B) lc also published by the C&SD.
