With reference to letter No. RC 158-11-100 of 21 August 1991 concerning the Eleventh Asian Regional Conference of the International Labour Organisation, to be held in Bangkok, Thailand, from Tuesday, 26 November to Monday, 2 December 1991, I now have pleasure in providing additional information concerning the arrangements for the Conference.

Opening of the Conference
The formal opening of the Conference will take place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, 26 November 1991.
Under the minimum timetable for the Eleventh Asian Regional Conference adopted by the International Labour Conference at its 78th Session (June 1991), group meetings will be held on Monday, 25 November, from 3 to 6 p.m. for the conduct of official business (election of the Officers of the groups and nomination of the Vice-Presidents of the Conference, the Vice-Chairmen and members of the Committees and the members of the Plenary Drafting Group). Further group meetings will be held on the following day before the formal opening of the Conference.
