IMPORT OF KILLER WHALE TO HONG KONG:
POSSIBLE IWC IMPLICATIONS
1. I enclose a copy of a telex this Department has received from the Agriculture and Fisheries Department of the Hong Kong Government seeking advice on the possible implications of the IWC on a proposed importation of a killer whale into that country.
