A list of the names of the persons referred to in this Article and of the Governments and the Organizations which they represent shall be forwarded by the Organization to the Government prior to the commencement of the Session.
(c) Without prejudice to the special immunities which they may otherwise enjoy, the persons referred to under Articles V and VI of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunites of the Specialized Agencies, and under Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Annex VII to this Convention, and under (i) - (iii) of Paragraph (b) above, shall not throughout the duration of their functions or mission, including the time required by travel on Hong Kong territory, be subject to any measure of arrest or expulsion, except in cases where they have abused the privilege of sojourn afforded to them herein by pursuing on territory activities not connected with their functions or mission at the Session, with the exception of persons already subject to such measures in connection with acts committed prior to their entry into
Article X: Foreign Exchange
Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 7 of Article III of the Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies, the Organization, may,

Article XI: Official Receptions

Without prejudice to the provisions of Section 9 of Article 111 of Convention on the Privileges and Immunities of the Specialized Agencies, the Government shall take the necessary steps to enable the Organization to import to Hong Kong or purchase liquor for its official receptions free of taxes and duties.
Article XII: Damage and Accidents
