I thought that you would be interested in taking a few minutes to see the enclosed video of the Dalai Lama's visit to Washington after he was in London in March. Apart from seeing the President, it shows the level at which he was received in Congress and though we did our best when His Holiness was here (without I have to say much support from officialdom), we put up a poor show in Parliament compared with the Americans' welcome in Congress. Please take the time to see how a visit like this should really be organised!
