北京市第一社会福利院,又称北京市松鹤公寓,是北 京市民政局所属的老年福利事业单位。其建筑面积为 12261 平方米,300多张床位,于一九八八年五月三日正
式开院.
本院主要接收为国家做过贡献的孤寡老人、专家、教 授和离退休干部在家养老有困难者,港澳同胞和海外华侨
主人.
院内环境幽静,绿树成荫,花草清香,俏丽多姿的凉 亭、玉带桥点缀其间,为老年人晚年生活提供了理想的场
所.
院内服务设施比较齐全。分为三个服务区:颐养区为 老人居住和活动的地方,不仅有起居方便,备有卫生间 壁橱的居室,而且有供老人进行书法、绘画、娱疗、体 和工疗等多种康复活动的场所;医疗区设有内外科诊室. 老年病咨询室、口腔保健室、理疗室、针类按摩室、化验 室,心电图室、脑电图室、脑血流图室、B超室 X光 等,除承担本院的老人医疗任务外,还开展对外们诊; 活保障区有老人食堂、洗衣房,汽车班等,保障老人的六
食住行.
本院遵循尊老敬老和全心全意为老人服务的宗旨,垦 持供养与康复并重,科学管理,优质服务和讲究效益的 院方针,-
分发挥多功能作用,示范作用和抛射作 力将福利院办成老有所养、老有所乐、老有所和老有所
为的长寿乐园;办成具有多功能的老年人的康复中心和为 社区培养从事老年福利事业工作人员的培训中心。
本院在建院过程中,受到各级领导的重视与关怀,得 到了社会各界和众多朋友的大力支持,徐向前元帅为本院 题写了院名.今后随着老年人福利事业发展的需要和经验 的积累,服务内容将不断丰富和日臻完善。

Beijing No. 1 Social Welfare Institution. also cailed Beijing Municipal Songhe Apartment House. is a welfare in- stitution for the aged, which is under the Beijing Municipal Civil Administration Sureau. With a t por space of 12261 square metres. the Institution has more than 300 beds and vas inaugurated in May 3rd. 1988.
