INSTITUTE OF CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM OF CHINA
The institute conducts theoretical studies on civil service system and the development of various administration systems with Chinese characteristics in the civil service. It also provides theoretical basis and consulting services for the practical development of the civil service system. It undertakes studies and reviews of the proposed schemes and programs designated by the Minitry.
INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The institute conducts studies on the theories of public administration, and important theoretical issues derived from the administrative structural reform and the formulation of laws and regulations on the establishment of organizations. It also provides theoretical basis and consulting services for the practical reforms of administrative structure and organization establishment administration. It undertakes studies and reviews of the proposed schemes and programs designated by the Ministry.
INSTITUTE OF HUMAN RESOURCES
The institute conducts research on patterns of talents development and the theories of training, development and utilization of human resources. It studies the theories of personnel management in enterprises and institutions and investigates the principles and scientific measures of personnel system reforms in enterprises and institutions. It also provides consult- ing services on pertinent policies.
CHINA SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS TRAINING CENTER
The center organizes training programs for senior executives who are in charge of personnel management in administrative organs, enterprises and institutions, and shall expand inter- national training program gradually.
