Having regard to the development of manpower and
of resources, the rural areas are identified as
areas for developing important strategy to achieve 'Health
for All' in the year 2000. Furthermore, the principles of
equality and mutual benefit, emphasis on practical results,
seemed to be the
diversification
and
common-development
catch-phrase for the next decade.
