Members took the opportunity over dinner to raise
a number of issues with Wang Fengchao.

enquired on what were the other issues,
the
new
airport, which need to be resolved during
the rest of the transition period, Wang said that JLG had
been working on a number of issues in this regard. The
examples he named included franchises, International Rights
and Obligations, military land, the introduction of SARG
flag and emblem,
the double nationality problem, court of
final appeal and pensions. When further asked on which was
the most difficult issue so far, Wang named pensions. He
seemed to suggest that the Chinese had little clue as to
how to solve the problem (無頭绪).
