The HKMO had 100 staff and
consisted of four
departments (司 ) and a "section" (PAN) -
-
(a) 1st department was headed by Mr Chen Zuoer
responsible for
(
陳佐洱
> and was
comprehensive
investigation
and
study
(
综合研究調查
) in respect of Hong
Kong;
(b) 2nd department was headed by Mr Wang Fengchao
(11) and was responsible for political,
王鳳超
legal, cultural, educational, scientific
technological affairs in respect of Hong Kong;
and
(c) 3rd
department was
responsible for affairs
relating to Macao and was headed by Mr Mo Ruiqing
(莫瑞琼:
(d) 4th department was responsible for secretarial
support and
administation
of
the HKMAO itself.
It was headed by Mr zhao Bingxin (^__); and
(e) the Personnel Section was responsible for all
staff matters.
