(b) to participate
for the Hong

affairs and report back to the State Council;

levels and autonomous regions, to receive
visitors from Hong Kong and Macao; and
(g) in conjunction with concerned PRC departments, to
assess and approve applications for establishing
PRC firms in and sending PRC representatives to
Hong Kong and Macao.
