Fee will be paid upon satisfactory completion of the feasibility study and production and presentation of the final report in local currency
(Hong Kong dollars) and is fixed at $230,000.
The fee is subject to Hong Kong Salaries Tax.

OTHER BENEFITS
Apart from the fee of $230,000, there will be no other benefits for the Consultant.

TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT
Without
prejudice to any other remedy that the
Government or the Consultant may have for the breach or non-performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Memorandum either party shall be entitled to terminate this appointment by 14 days notice in writing to the other party if such other party shall commit a breach of any of its obligations under this Memorandum, and such breach has not been remedied within the said
period of 14 days.
7. COPYRIGHT
The ownership and copyright in all documents, reports, plans, models or other particulars or things prepared by the Consultant or received by the Consultant in the
course of the Consultancy Services shall be vested in
