As you are aware, a Hong Kong delegation led by 1017 Peter Tsao, Secretary for Home Affairs visited Peking and Shanghai during 7 April to 17 April. I attach for your information please a report compiled by the Hong Kong delegation. Part II of the Report (general observations by See members of the delegation) is of particular interest.
