vast residential complex at Tin Shui Wai, through
Mightycity Company of which China Resources
Company had a controlling stake of 51%. Total
investment originally targetted at US$1.6
billion.
But the project was trimmed down
substantially in 1982.

develop a godown with a total gross floor area of
48 000 square metres in Shatin. Total investment
valued at HK$100 million.
The setting up of Chung Mao Securities Ltd., a
joint venture between Sin Hua Trust, Saving and
Commercial Bank Ltd., Ро Sang Bank Ltd. and a
local company, to engage in the brokerage of
shares, stocks and commodities.
