4. We should also prefer to see some slight change in the title of the Gibraltar Information Bureau eg, to something like the Gibraltar Information Office in Taiwan. This would enable us to argue to the Chinese that the Bureau in Taiwan did indeed have a special status, reflecting the lack of any formal government representation unlike in other countries with GIBS. You might sound out Bossano's reaction to this idea, but we would not make this a sticking point.
