I thought you might be interested to see our slightly more comprehensive analysis which sets out the major differences between the draft Macao Basic Law and the Hong Kong Basic Law in tabular form. A copy is attached.
Our legal advisers on international law are still looking at the attached analysis and it is possible that it might be supplemented in due course in the light of legal comments.
