Dear Sir,
I would be grateful if you could inform me of what representations are being made on the behalf of Hong Kong British passport holders to encourage the French Government to remove their entry visa requirement. This was re-imposed in September 1986 in the aftermath of terrorist attacks in Paris, but, it seems a little tenuous for it to be maintained over 5 years later in the absence of any Hong Kong inspired terrorist atrocities on French soil.
