This Certificate will normally be cancelled if the holder obtains a national passport or other travel document. Should the holder take up permanent residence outside Hong Kong, he should apply to the appropriate authority for a travel document
The holder is advised to apply for visas for countries he wishes to visit.
A Certificate including particulars of the holder's children is not available for a cluid's use when traveling alone. Children who have reached the age of sixteen require separate travel documents
CAUTION This Certificate remains the property of the Hong Kong Government. It is an offence under Section 42 of the Hong Kong Immigration Ordinance to alter this Certificate without lawful authority. to forge. to transfer to another person without reasonable excuse, or to be in possession of an unlawfully altered Certificate. Any loss or theft should be reported immediately to the local police and to the Hong Kong Immigration Department

本證明書之持有人如另行領得護照或其他旅遊證件,則 本證明書通常應予註銷。持證人倘在香港以外之地方定 居,須向該地之主管當局另外申領旅遊證件。
持證人如擬前往任何國家旅遊,理宜事先領取簽證。
附持證人子女之證明書並不適用於子女作單獨旅遊之 用。凡年滿十六歲之兒童必須另外領取旅遊證件。
注意 本證明書為香港政府之所有物。根據香港人民入 境條例第四十二條之規定,凡將本證明書非法更改,僞 造,未有合理原因轉讓予他人或持有經任何非法更改之 證明書者,均屬違法。倘發覺證件遺失或被登,須立即 報告當地警方及香港人民入境事務處。
