I understand indirectly from Ron Arculli (LegCo) that the Prime Minister will be lunching with the Hong Kong
members of the Anglo-Hong Kong Trust, some time in March. This appears to be an initiative by Mr Algi Cluff, who is
well known at No 10. The identity of the Hong Kong participants is not yet known, but could include such figures as Simon Murray, David Tang, Dickson Poon etc.
2. No doubt we will be hearing from No 10 about this very
soon.
