To attract, motivate, and retain the excellent people essential for RTHKC's success requires a competitive and consistent compensation package (see Exhibit 12). We recommend adopting a simple job grading system to ensure internal consistency, paying market-based rates to draw talented staff, and providing an attractive compensation mix - including merit-based bonuses and real increments to encourage superior performance.
