(ii) in paragraph (b) by adding "in the case of
a licensee" before "the terms";
in subsection (2) by adding "or by the Radio
Television Hong Kong Corporation" after "a licensee";

SCHEDULE 1
PROVISIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE
BOARD AND ITS MEMBERS
Tenure of Members
(s. 18]
1. A member of the Board shall hold and vacate his office in
accordance with the terms of his appointment and shall, on ceasing
to be a member, be eligible for reappointment.
2.
(1)
Subject to subparagraphs (2), (3), (4) and (5), a member
of the Board shall hold office for such period not exceeding 3 years
as is specified in the instrument under which he is appointed, and
shall be eligible for reappointment.
(2) A member of the Board may at any time, by notice in
writing to the Governor, resign from the Board.
(3) If the Governor is satisfied that any member of the Board
has been absent from 3 consecutive meetings of the
Board without its permission;

has become bankrupt or has entered into a composition
or scheme of arrangement with his creditors, within
the meaning of the Bankruptcy Ordinance (Cap. 6);
