Corpora on and broadcast by any other person, specified by the
Broadcasting Authority and reasonably required by the Broadcasting
Authority or the Telecommunications Authority, as the case may be,
for the purpose of the consideration pursuant to section 11 of the
Broadcasting Authority Ordinance (Cap. 391) of a complaint made by
any person to the Broadcasting Authority against the Corporation.
(2) Where the Corporation is required to supply material under
subsection (1), it shall either -

supply the material in a form specified by the
Broadcasting Authority; or
make available on demand without charge such of its
equipment as is necessary to enable the Broadcasting
Authority or the Telecommunications Authority as the
case may be, to see or hear the material.
In this section, "material" ( 材料 ) includes
pictures, words, music and other sounds whether produced, spoken or
made at the time of the broadcast or recorded in any manner and
contained in a broadcast programme.
38.
Confidential material to be safeguarded
(1) Subject to subsection (2) -
(a)
any material (or information) supplied under section
37 by the Corporation to the Broadcasting Authority
or any committee appointed by the Broadcasting
Authority, the Telecommunications Authority, or any
person authorized by the Telecommunications Authority
shall be treated as confidential; and
