(2) Any delegation under subsection (1) shall be revocable at
will by a resolution passed by a majority of all the members of the
Board.
(3) The Board shall not delegate any of its powers or duties
under section 19(5), 20, 29, 30 or 31 or under paragraph 9(1) of
Schedule 1 or the power of the Corporation to make rules under
section 47.

Power of Executive Director to delegate
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Executive Director may in
writing, with or without restrictions or conditions as he thinks
fit, delegate to such person or committee of persons as he thinks
fit, any of his powers or duties, including any power or duty of the
Corporation delegated to him under section 22.
(2) The power conferred by this section on the Executive
Director to delegate any power or duty of the Corporation delegated
to him under section 22, and the exercise by any person or committee
of persons of any such power or duty delegated by the Executive
Director under this section, shall be subject to any restriction or
condition imposed by the Board in respect of the Executive
Director's exercise thereof under section 22.
24.
Remuneration of Board members
(1) Members of the Board may be paid out of the resources of
the Corporation such honorariums as the Corporation with the
approval of the Secretary determines.
(2)
Subject to subsection (3) every member of the Board is
entitled to be reimbursed from the resources of the Corporation in
