SCMP FEATURE ON LORD CAITHNESS

1. Lord Caithness agreed in principle to give time to the South China Morning Post who are to do a profile of the Minister in the Sunday magazine.
2.
I enclose a copy of a self-explanatory letter from the
SCMP giving details of their ideal requirements. I recommend that we try to satisfy their requirements as far
as possible. The SCMP have made it clear that this feature is the main purpose of the visit to UK and they will adjust the dates to fit in with the Minister's diary.
