Copyright
The Licensee shall not do any act or permit any act which is
infringement of any copyright or which is or may be prohibited under the provisions of any enactment for the time being in force or under any other law enforceable in Hong Kong.
Reception outside Hong Kong
The Licensee shall take all reasonable steps to ensure the acceptability of the Service in recipient countries.
20.
Indemnity

Safety

in respect of all installations, equipment and apparatus operated or used under this Licence, take all proper and adequate safety measures for the safeguarding of life or property, including safeguarding against exposure to any electrical or radiation hazard emanating from the installations, equipment or apparatus so used.
The Licensee shall comply with any direction of the Authority in respect of any safety matter.
Determination

The Governor-in-Council may at any time determine this Licence where the Licensee :
