"subscription"

means an arrangement whereby payment is made to the Licensee by any person in Hong Kong or on behalf of any person in Hong Kong for the right to receive the Service or any part thereof;

"Government"

means the Hong Kong Government;

"International Telecommunication Convention"

means the Convention made at Nairobi in 1982 and any subsequent amendments or superseding

instruments.

where the contrary intention is expressed or arises by necessary implication in this Licence words referring to the masculine gender shall include the feminine gender and references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

The interpretation of this Licence shall not be affected by any headings.

2.4 All references to the Ordinance include the Ordinance as in force from time to time or legislation enacted in place in whole or in part of the Ordinance, and Ordinance shall have the meaning ascribed by the Interpretation

Subject to Conditions 3.2, 3.3, Licence shall be valid for a period of 12 years from the date of grant of the Licence.

On, or within 90 days of, the fifth anniversary of the grant of the licence the Authority, in consultation with the Broadcasting Authority shall review the performance of the Licensee with respect to the conditions of the Licence and shall report thereon to the Governor-in-Council.
