Limited a company duly incorporated in Hong Kong whose registered office is situate at 22nd floor, Hutchison House, 10 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong (hereinafter "the Licensee") to establish, maintain, possess, use and
operate:

radiocommunication station to transmit the television, and associated sound and data signals comprising the Hutchvision Satellite Service (hereinafter "the Service") operated by the Licensee, to the AsiaSat-1 satellite owned and operated by the Asia Satellite Telecommunications Co. Ltd., and located in the geostationary orbit at 105.5 degrees East and subject
Condition 13, to such other satellites as may in future be approved thereunder for the distribution of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "the uplink station");
to
a radiocommunication station to receive television, and associated sound and data signals containing such programming and other material as the Licensee may require for the Service (hereinafter referred to as "the downlink station"); and
such microwave stations as are authorised in writing by the Authority to enable the Licensee to transmit television, and associated sound and data signals between any points in Hong Kong and to the uplink station for the purpose of the Service.
