I am very glad you are able to come to the small private seminar on Hong Kong which I shall be chairing
from 1000 to 1130 am on 3 July at 1 Carlton Gardens. The
aim will be to take a good look at where we now stand in
Hong Kong, and to examine the options we have in dealing
with the problems we will face there over the next six
years.

half a dozen FCO officials, together with a similar
number of people from outside the Office. These will be
