Thank you very much for your illuminating minute of 14 February about FCOSAS and Value for Money. I was not previously aware of all the thought that has been put into this. I am much reassured.
2. I should add, lest there be any misunderstanding, that, on the Asian side of the house, we are all firmly convinced of the very real long-term benefits of the FCOSAS. I hope the scheme can be maintained and expanded.
