UK/HK Scholarships 1990-91
Thank you for your telegram No.438 regarding the above scheme.

I enclose as requested details of the expenditure the scheme for 1990-91 at the Annex.
I should be grateful if you would arrange payment of your £40,000 contribution to us before the close of this financial year.
split of the expenditure between the various sources of contribution is summarized as below

50 : 50 split between UK and HK contribution £123,173.50;
Contribution from the Royal Hong Kong Jockey
Club £123,173.50;
Contribution from FCOSAS £40,000; and
Contribution from the Sir SK TANG Bequest £83,173.50.
As regards (c) above, the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club is being asked to arrange for the reimbursement of £123,173.50.
As regards (e) above, we will arrange to deduct £83,173.50 from the Sir S K TANG donation.
