6.
Provided always that if any of my said children and
grandchildren named in Clause 5 hereof shall die in my lifetime
learing a child or children living at my death who shall attain
the age of twenty-one years then the share of my residuary estate
which such deceased child or grandchild of mine would have taken
bad such deceased child.or grandchild survived me and obtained
a vested interest in such residue shall be held upon trust for
such child or children of such deceased child or grandchild of
mine and if more than one in equal shares. AND Provided that
if any of my said children and grandchildren named in Clause
5 bereof shall die during my lifetime leaving no issue living
at my death or no issue who shall attain the age of twenty-one
then his or her share of my residuary estate shall accrue
by way of addition to the shares of those of the other legatees
of my residuary estate under Clause 5 cr 6 hereof in the proportions
years,
as sex OUT in Clause 5 hereof whose right to share in my residuary
estate has not at the date of such accruer been forfeited or
revoked under Clause 8 hereof.
7.
I expressly direct that
that no beneficiary under this
my Will shall be liable to bring into account any sum of money
or the value of any property or interest which I may have already
paid or transferred to or settled upon such beneficiary or for
his or her benefit or convenanted so to do or which I may
hereafter pay or transfer to or settle upon such beneficiary or
for his or her benefit or convenant so to do.
