Should be transferred to the UK and that we should consider how most properly a trust can be constituted taking account of the views expressed by the donor after his original letter but before he handed the money over.

I need to do some further research into that and will be in touch with you again as soon as I have done it. Meanwhile I should be glad to know what advice you receive from Hong Kong. It may well be that the best way forward would then for us to have a meeting without either the British Council or the Cancer Research people present. Perhaps we can consider that further in due course.
