With the greatest possible respect, I cannot believe that you seriously expect me to accept that a person who has seemingly advised a Minister of the Crown on the basis of an incorrect conclusion drawn from an irrelevant comparison that '..most Hong Kong pensioners continue to do quite well..' when they, or at least those who retired after the 1976 change to the SPOS arrangements, patently do not do well, can be regarded as making a positive contribution to the interest of those pensioners. It is rather like saying that President Saddam Hussein's contribution from the point of view of the people of Kuwait was a positive one!
