Further to our letter of 9 June 1991, and our meetings with you on 13 and 25 June 1991, we enclose a copy of the draft Constitution and Rules of the Association of Members of HMOCS in Hong Kong. Formal registration of the Association has been sought under the provisions of the Societies Ordinance (Cap. 151).
It would be helpful to receive any comments you may have on the draft prior to the Association's inaugural meeting on 27 July 1991. We hope you will be able to attend this meeting, and we shall revert shortly once arrangements have been finalised.
