ARTICLE X DISSOLUTION

10.1

If a majority of the FULL Members present and voting at a General Meeting consider that the Association should be dissolved the Comittee shall convene an EGM to consider such a proposal and to deal

with the matters then arising if it is approved.

10.2

Such an EGM shall be convened in accordance with the

provisions of para 5.14 above and shall be convened not less than 15 or more than 60 days after the passing of the resolution to consider

dissolution.

10.3

The Association shall be dissolved if three quarters of the FULL Members present and voting at the EGM approve.

Effective Date of Dissolution

10.4

The Committee in office at the time the dissolution is

approved shall remain in office until it is satisfied that the affairs of the Association have been properly wound-up whereupon it shall determine the effective date of the dissolution and notify the Registrar of Societies accordingly.
