ARTICLE IX - PATRONS
9.1
The Committee may invite any person whom it considers qualified or appropriate to be a Patron of the Association. accepts such an invitation shall be a Patron until he resigns.

A Patron shall not be a Member of the Association by virtue only of being a Patron. A Patron who qualifies for membership in accordance with the provisions of Article IV may apply in accordance with
that Article.
9.3
A Patron who is not also a Member may attend and speak at General Meetings but may not vote.
9.4
A Patron who is not a Member shall not be required to pay any

A Patron who is not also a Member shall not be liable for any debt or liability incurred by the Association.
