General Meetings Quorum

5.5
The quorum at a General Meeting shall be 20% of the Voting
membership of the Association.
5.6
If FULL Members present at a General Meeting cannot form a
quorum, then, at the discretion of the Committee then in office, the
Chairman may either:-
(a) delay opening the meeting for thirty minutes, at the end of
which those FULL Members who are present shall form a quorum;
or
(b)

postpone the General Meeting for a period of fourteen days and
notify Members in writing of the time and venue for
reconvening the General Meeting at least three days before the date of the reconvening;
if in the case of (b) the FULL Members present do not form a quorum when the General Meeting is reconvened, then those FULL Members present shall form a quorum for the purpose of that meeting.
