ARTICLE V MANAGEMENT
5.1
The Association shall be managed by a Committee constituted in
accordance with the provisions hereof. Subject to this constitution and
any resolution passed in a General Meeting of the Association, the
Committee shall have the absolute discretion to conduct the affairs of
the Association as it thinks fit.
General Meetings General
5.2
The Annual General Meeting (hereinafter called 'AGM') shall be held in Hong Kong between 1st November and 31st December each year on a date to be determined by the Committee.
5.3
General Meetings other than the AGM shall be known as Extraordinary General Meetings (hereinafter called 'EGM').
5.4
A resolution passed at a General Meeting in accordance with this constitution shall be binding upon all Members.
