4.10
A Member who has resigned may rejoin at any time upon payment
of the joining fee, current subscription and such payment as the Committee may require, not exceeding 100% of the payments that would have been due if the person had not resigned.
4.11
A person who has forfeited his membership because of
non-payment of subscriptions or other sums due may rejoin at any time upon payment of the joining fee and 100% of the monies which would have been paid if membership had not been forfeited.
4.12
A person who has been expelled shall not be readmitted except with the consent of a majority of the FULL Members present and voting at a General Meeting. Any Member may propose a motion authorizing re-admittance.
