Hong Kong: HMOCS Matters
In advance of the visit of the Whitehall team to Hong Kong this week, Dave Fish has asked me to let you have copies of the latest data we have on Hong Kong HMOCS officers, pensioners and dependants.
The data is contained in a letter from Mr Waters in the Hong Government Secretariat of 21 November 1991. I attach a copy of the letter and its enclosures.
