1. The House of Commons Library are putting together a folder for the 1989/1990 Parliamentary session of letters written by Ministers as a follow-up to PQS. There are a few gaps in their records of FCO letters and I enclose Hansard extracts of answers prepared by your Department.
2. I should be grateful if you would check through your files and send me a copy of the follow-up letters referred to by Monday 7 October. We will then send them on to the Library.
