Any assets remaining after any liabilities and debts of the Association have been discharged shall be donated to the Overseas Service Pensioners' Association of 63 Church Road, HOVE BN3 2RD, ENGLAND or such other organization as a majority of the FULL Members present and voting at the final EGM consider will best serve the continuing interests of the Members.
Accounts

The Committee shall, upon fixing the effective date of dissolution, notify all persons who are Members at the date of the final EGM of that date and supply them with a copy of the Association's accounts containing details of its final assets.
