5.17
The business to be transacted at an EGM convened at the request of Members shall be limited to the matters specified by them in the said request.
Committee General
5.18
A Comittee comprising seven FULL Members shall be elected by ballot at the AGM and shall hold office until the next election.
5.19
The Committee shall elect from amongst itself in such manner as it thinks fit the Officers of the Association including a Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary. The Chairman shall preside at Committee Meetings. If unable to attend he shall appoint another Cammittee Member to act as Chairman.
5.20
The Committee may appoint sub-committees for specific purposes. Such sub-committees shall be chaired by a Member of the Committee and may include co-opted Members who are not Members of the Committee.
5.21
In the event of the departure from the Committee for any reason of any Member, the committee may co-opt any FULL Member who stood for election but who was not elected at the last preceding AGM and if no such person is available, any other FULL Member.
